FAQ

When will I receive my order? 

  • Orders received before 12p EST Monday-Friday are shipped the same day
  • Orders received after 12p EST will ship the following day
  • Orders received after 12p EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday 

You also have the ability to choose the date for us to ship it. NOTE: this is not the delivery date - It is the day we will ship the order. We cannot guarantee a certain day at which the package is to arrive, so please order accordingly to our shipping rates.

We have 2 shipping rates:

  • Standard Shipping (4-9 business days delivery)
  • Expedited Air (2-3 business days delivery).

UPS delivers packages Monday-Saturday

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to more time in transit

Whose shipping address and email do I enter at checkout? 

Please enter the RECIPIENT'S shipping address, so that the Cardalloon can go to them (unless you are sending it to yourself to hand delivery to the recipient). Also, please enter YOUR email on shipping information. If you enter the recipient's email in the shipping information, then they will get the order confirmation email and know that you are sending them the Cardalloon. You don't want to ruin the surprise!

What if I need it shipped faster?

If you'd like faster delivery, we offer Expedited Air for an additional cost.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship everywhere in the continental United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Where is my order confirmation? 

All customers get an automatic email sent to them after a purchase is made. If you did not get the email, please make sure that we are on your email's "safelist" and that the emails are not going into your SPAM folder.

How can I track my order?

All orders include a UPS tracking number in the shipping confirmation email that you receive, once the order has shipped. Please click the link in the email or go to www.ups.com and enter your tracking number to see where your order currently is in the shipping route. You can also TRACK YOUR ORDER on our website.

Can my order be delivered on an exact date?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery on a certain day as shipping times vary depending on location. However, you can specify which day you would like us to ship the order. This can be any date in the future. This is not the delivery day, it is the day we will ship the order. You will still have to wait for the shipping times based on our available shipping options.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from upstate New York.

Can I change the shipping address?

You must email us to do this, as you cannot change the shipping address yourself. Please email us immediately at support@cardalloon.com to change the shipping address and name of the recipient. 

Do you offer discounted rates for bulk orders for corporate or event gifting?

Yes we do! Please email us at support@cardalloon.com with any questions or order details and we'll get back to you ASAP!

Will the person that I am sending the Cardallon to know that I was the one who sent it to them?

That is up to you! The orders can be anonymous or not. We will never show your shipping address as the return address. It will only show our shipping address and the recipient's on the package. We will also never show your email. That is why it is very important to enter YOUR email and the RECIPIENT'S shipping address at checkout. If you want the person to know that it was from you, simply write your name in the message. For example "Love, Cindy."

How will my order be packaged?

It will come in a white box with our company branding decorated on the box.

Do you ship to PO boxes or American Army Bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses)?

Unfortunately, we don’t. But this is on our list of to-do’s and we will update folks via our newsletter when we add this option.

Where do I enter my personalized message?

On the product page, where it says "Write your personalized message here." Please remember to do this or we cannot process your order. 

How many words can fit on my card?

We have a 300 character limit on the card. Why? Because we simply cannot fit more than that on them.

What type of message can I send?

We allow all kinds of fun messages! We also allow profanity. However, we do not allow hateful, harmful, or threatening messages and we will not process orders with messages that have wording like this. In this instance, we will either cancel your order or ask you to change your message.

Can I edit my message / image, even If I've already placed my order?

Unfortunately, once you submit your order we cannot edit your personalized card in any way.  We highly suggest you proofread your message for any spelling errors before submitting your order!

Can my message be anonymous?

Yes, it can! If you would like the message to be anonymous, simply do not give any clues that the Cardalloon was from you. Meaning, do not write your name on the message! Please note that we do not send harassing, threatening, hateful messages. We read every message and will ask you to change it if we think it is not a friendly message. If someone emails us feeling harassed by a Cardalloon they received, we may reveal your identity to avoid conflict with ourselves and the receiver.

Is my return address on the package that is going to my recipient?

No. We only show Cardalloon's return address on the package and the actual shipping address of the package (not your address!)

Can I find Cardalloon in stores?

Not yet, but soon!

What do we use to inflate Cardalloons?

We inflate Cardalloons with the air you breathe! We do not use Helium or compressed gas of any kind (this is expensive and dangerous).

Is Cardalloon for all ages?

Yes! We suggest ages 5-100+ :)

Can I create my own balloon?

We're working on this, check back in with us in the coming months!

What should I do if the Cardalloon doesn’t work?

Please email support@cardalloon.com and provide video evidence of the Cardalloon not inflating.  We will fully reimburse the buyer. You can dispose of the defunct unit.

What is your refund policy? 

To request a refund, contact us by clicking here. Video evidence of defunct unit required to receive a refund.  You must submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase.
